In The Community

In a world of social media and technology it is easy to connect with people all over the world but simple to forget the importance and value of our local community. Here is a few places you might see Gary’s Maintenance Service working pro bono in your area.

Hallet-Cove_KK-logo-col_187pxThe Hallett Cove Karrara Kindergarten has created a fantastic environment for their key focus; community, curiosity and play, with an extensive out door leaning area and energetic fun staff, GMS enjoys helping out with those odd fix up jobs

A Brush with Kindness is an arm of Habitat For Humanity and is a great opportunity to help out a neighbour, learn a few tips and catch up with some good mates… and often meet some new mates too.

When the Seeds Aberfoyle Community Garden relocated to its new premises, we successfully relocated a number of fruit trees to the new garden.

Gary’s Maintenance Service, creator of the Hallett Cove Mitre 10 Kids Trolleys, get down there and try them out… … … I mean get the kids to try them out…

Road To ChristmasSeedsThe Road To Christmas is an annual community event at Seeds Church in Aberfoyle Park, where you can take a walk through a Bethlehem street, do some crafts, listen to some story telling and visit a live nativity scene with a real baby. Setting up for this event is another great chance to have a yack while you work, and meet some great blokes. See you all next year.
